Percy Jackson's Family Tree

Percy has a big family - and a godly family at that. This is the most up-to-date family tree with information that is correct as of the end of The Last Olympian.

Here it is in text form with some additional notes:
Great grandparents: Ouranos and Gaia (Titans)
Grandparents: Kronos and Rhea (Titans)
Parents: Poseidon and Sally Jackson; "Smelly" Gabe Ugliano (stepfather)
Uncles and Aunts: Zeus, Hades, Hera, Demeter, Hestia, Aphrodite, Hephaestus*, Persephone*, Chiron
Brothers and Sisters: Theseus (half-brother), Tyson (half-brother), the cyclopes
Cousins: Thalia, Bianca di Angelo, Nico di Angelo, Herakles, Perseus, Athena, Ares, Apollo, Artemis, Dionysus, Hermes, Hephaestus*, Persephone*
Second Cousins and what-have-you: Clarisse, Annabeth, Luke, Travis Stoll, Connor Stoll, Charles Beckendorf, Selena Beauregard, Castor, Pollux, Demios, Phobos

*Persephone is a special case. She is a daughter of Demeter, which makes her Percy's cousin. However, she married Hades - Percy's uncle - which makes her his aunt, too. Hephaestus is in the same boat. He is also Percy's cousin because he is a son of Zeus. But he's married to Aphrodite, who is technically Poseidon's half-sister - she was born from the waves created when Kronos' privates which fell into the ocean (Zeus chopped them off with Kronos' own scythe), so Kronos is technically her dad.

And you think you've got a crazy, mixed-up family - they're nothing compared to Percy's!

North American Cover Illustrator

Artist John Rocco drew the cover art for the paperback version of The Lightning Thief and the art used on the hardback and paperback versions of The Sea of Monsters, The Titan's Curse, The Battle of the Labyrinth and The Last Olympian. The Lightning Thief's North American hardcover edition was reissued with the John Rocco art for collectors and die hard fans. He also drew eight new illustrations for the Deluxe Edition of The Lightning Thief.
