The Demigod Files is the first
companion book written by Rick Riordan for the Percy Jackson and the
Olympians series.
The release of an anthology-type book containing the short stories (The Stolen
Chariot, The Bronze Dragon and The Sword of Hades) had
been speculated about since The Sword of Hades had been announced.
The book was officially announced on Rick Riordan's blog on 13th October
2008. The Demigod
Files contains all three short stories in their entirety; interviews
with major characters including Clarisse, Annabeth, Grover and Percy; a map
of Camp Half-Blood; quizzes and puzzles; and a preview of the final book
in the series, The Last Olympian.
